The first step is always a paid consultation with a lawyer. If the pathway is not real for you, we say so in that meeting and you keep your money.
The fee is fixed and in writing
You receive a professional services agreement with the fee, the instalments and the government charges listed separately, before any work starts.
Nothing is lodged half-ready
We lodge decision-ready applications. Requests for further information add months and signal weakness. We would rather take an extra fortnight to complete the file.

What a law practice gives you that an agent cannot.
Legal professional privilege over what you tell us. A duty to the court as well as to you. Regulation by the Victorian Legal Services Board, professional indemnity insurance, and a costs regime that requires the fee to be disclosed before work starts.
In practice it means submissions are written as legal argument against the Migration Regulations, refusals are appealed by people who can appear at the Tribunal, and a difficult history is handled by someone bound to give you frank advice.
